4. Orders and Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where fraud is suspected, pricing errors occur, or stock is unavailable.

  • Defective Products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded under the CPA’s implied 6 (six) month warranty against defects.

  • Many electronic Products also carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods and conditions differ between brands and are specified on the relevant product pages.

  • Returned Products should include proof of purchase, original packaging, and all accessories unless the return relates to a qualifying defect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7] Business Days after the returned Product has been received and inspected.
